Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing financial records using Tally software.
- Support NGO-specific accounting tasks, including fund tracking and grant reporting.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with NGO financial regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a master degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of NGO accounting principles, including fund accounting and donor compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for contributing to social impact initiatives.
